I was pointed to the vacancies page of Oxford diocese and what I saw made me laugh out loud (thanks Chris).
I have posted the image of the advert from here (it is no a spoof) for you to enjoy too. After all, you don't need to SHOUT just because the word DEAF appears in the job title. DO YOU?
